TAGLIATA WITH CHEESE AND VEGETABLE

It is also done right away if you have the ingredients all cut and clean and eat in an instant. I throw a lot of these dishes for lack of time and for how comfortable they are.
INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • 50 g of yok ham (I put cooked ham)

  • 50 g of soft manchego cheese

PREPARATION:
Clean the leek and cut it into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut it into julienne. Wash the zucchini and cut it into half moons. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin slices. Peel the garlic and chop it. Cut the ham into pieces and the manchego cheese into flakes.

In a pan heat three tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the onion and leek over low heat about 5 minutes. Add the chopped garlic, carrot and zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the yok or cooked ham and a little chopped parsley and sauté everything for a few moments, pour the liquid cream, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. As soon as it breaks to boil, remove the pan from the heat.

Boil the pasta in salty water for the time indicated by the manufacturer. Drain it and mix it immediately with the prepared sauce, Sprinkle with the manchego cheese flakes tender and serve. You can add chopped green or black olives.
